Last Friday was my worse day because when I finished my grocery shopping and prepare to go home then at that moment I find out I got a flat tire. I called my friend to help me to change but because without the key we can't do anything. He only helped me to call AAA to towing my car. Luckily I catch the owner/ manager, I told me few months ago my tire have a problem and ask them for checking and they got my wheel key and without gave me back until that day I got a flat tire. He told me need to return tomorrow at 8:00am then he can help me but how can I come back so I ask him can I drop my car and you help me to check and he said "yes" and next morning he called me at 8:30am and told me I can pick up my car. When I was there, the 1st good news for me is they found my key so I don't need to go back to the dealer to buy another one. 2nd good news is I got 2 bolts on the wheel but they can fix it so I don't need to buy another tire (my one is only used for 1 years) and the last good news was no charge for me only next time when I need a new tire so I will recommend all my friends to deal with this company.
The team at this location are always fantastic to work with. They always make sure to take good care of me and my vehicle and the prices are not outrageous.
In the wake of this years snowmaggedon I needed to get winter tires swapped onto our SUV ASAP. Todd's was able to knock it out first this Sat AM, and at a considerably lower price than Mr. Schwab was charging for the same service.
Todd and crew got me in on a Saturday morning and pulled a full set of tires for my JDM Toyota LiteAce van. Then, I got the most enthusiastic embrace for this one-of-a-kind machine and a friendly send off. Thanks for the great work and the warm spirit of your shop. Jay

Excellent and fast service repairing a tire
Todd, at point S, is the best, his workers care, are friendly, prompt, and professional. I have brought my 2 vehicles here for years. I'm always treated like the only customer they have. They always go out of the way to make things work for my vehicles, my wallet and my schedule, I rate them a 6 on a scale if 1 to 5!
Only place I take my car for everything. I have been going here for years. The staff is awesome....you can tell they care about your car and you as a customer/client. They do great work...every time.

I have been doing business with this location since 1973. Todd, Kevin and the gang are fast, thorough and very customer service oriented. I do not trust my vehicles to anyone else.
Every time I go in to the shop, there is always a big smile and a hello. The work is done on time and with a good price. They give advice and help when needed. Have dealt with Todd's Tire Factory for years and they are the best
Todd's Tire Factory has completely earned my future business. They fixed my problem and prioritized and estimated the next upgrades to my ride. They are a great group of guys.
Women sometimes get "ripped" off on mechanical issues. I always feel secure that my vehicle will be properly cared for. The staff is very friendly and explains in a way that I can understand; very reputable place.
Even before it was Todd's, he and Kevin have always treated me with prompt, friendly and professional service. As a female who has always worked on her own vehicles, I feel so comfortable with their diagnostics and repair work. I refer all my friends and neighbors to Todd's, so I hope the transition to the new corporate ownership serves them well, because I would hate to loose my trusted mechanics.
Once again great experience with the service provided. I had my wife drop my car off for a preventative inspection based off my current mileage. They did the service and found my car needed some belts, air filter and power steering fluid replaced/replenished. Got it back and they even adjusted my emergency break. They cover all the details.
I get all my tires and service from them. The one mechanic I trust in Portland.
