Roemer's in Missoula is the best experience I've ever had with car maintenance and repair. I've been going there for the last 3 years and I've always been very happy with the service, kindness and care in everything they do. They are always on top of my car history, taking notes and helping to remind me when certain things need to be taken care of. That always helps, being busy. Even with my low budget, getting great service is the standard through them.
You were doing really good until you left the hubcap off my truck. Attention to detail! Makes one wonder what else may have been missed??? Probably won?t be back, far to many options in Missoula

Roemer's provides great service and value. Since moving to Missoula 3 years ago Roemer's has kept immaculate records on our vehicles and given us honest advise. We've learned to trust the employees and feel that we have saved money as compared to the competition.
I get a free tire rotation, i have a gold warrenty on my tires. I thought i would get my oil change at the same time. 3 Hours later,(at checkout) i was told it wasnt time to rotate yet? ODOMETATOR IS TURNED OFF FOR SOME REASON..DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IT BACK ON.same milage..could have asked? left over $50 lighter..over priced estimates on what needs to be fixed..and no tire rotation?? After 3 hours of waiting..great mountain dew! left with mixed feelings??

This shop is superb and I?ve been doing business with them for over 30 years. They do excellent work, they are quick and responsive and really care about getting things right. Their records of what has been done to your car and when are a treasure trove of information. While I might be able to save a few bucks by buying tires at Costco, I never will - I?d rather be taken care of by a shop where the customer and relationships matter.

Roemers is far and away the best place to take your vehicle. No pressure mechanics are about as common as a sighting these days as a brontosaurus. Competent, professional and cost effective, I'll never take my truck anywhere else.
EJ was very nice to work with. He was communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. I called on a Monday, had my car in by Wednesday and had it back by Thursday (had to wait for a part, nothing out of the ordinary!) Awesome, quick service!
Their service was fast and friendly. EJ took the time to walk through different tire options with me so that I felt I was making an informed decision. Now that we have found them, we will never go elsewhere!

I had a vibration issue with new tires (bought elsewhere), so I brought it in for tire balancing. They took the extra time to spin them each "as is" to see how bad each tire was first and then balance the tires. He even logged the amount of weight each tire was off to me! Tires were hand torqued as I want with out even having to request! Great Service, that's why I keep coming back!!!
Phenomenal service everytime I go in there. Have used their services for my truck since I came to Montana 2 years ago and they have been very helpful, quick with their quality work, and flexible with everything you need done. Excellent experience with buying and installing my studded snow tires.
I took in my 2016 Ford Focus for them to find my head bolt heater cord, which had dropped down where I couldn't see it, they successfully found it and attached it back to top of engine compartment. But, the main thing is, after they did that, they noticed my coolant was low and suspected a water pump leak and advised me to get car to dealership, as it is under warranty. I took their advice and indeed, the water pump was weeping coolant and had to be replaced. I appreciated the heads up that avoided a potential bad situation down the road. Thank you

My Jeep is 17 years old and I have taken it to Roemers for the last 15 years. The service has been exceptional, I have never felt overcharged or encouraged to get service I did not need. When I have a nail in my tire or an odd noise in my engine, they get me into the shop immediately and fix the problem. I never thought I would have a 17 year old Jeep but with the service I get at Roemers I may get another 17 years from my Jeep.

I have had several automotive "emergencies" and they've responded by getting me in for service or made arrangements to mitigate the emergency. I love these guys. I used to go to Costco because of the prices but Roemer's prices are very close and now I get excellent service by appointment as well. Jenny is great, when I bought new tires for my RX350, she told me about a sale happening the following week for buy 3 get 1 free and made it work for my purchase. I highly recommend Roemer's.

As a young woman with very little automotive knowledge, I often find myself feeling very intimidated at auto shops. In addition to this, most of the interactions I've had with mechanics has been frustrating. I find that many professionals either speak to me with a condescending tone, or don't even bother to explain what was wrong with my car in the first place. I usually leave most transactions feeling embarrassed and confused. However, this was not my experience with Roemer's. I was treated with genuine kindness and I didn't feel like anyone was taking advantage of my lack of car savvy. I left feeling really good about myself and the work done on my car. Quoted two price/quality options for replacement, and the chosen set of 4 were mounted at agreed-upon price and at length of time estimated. Alignment checked, but not needed so not charged. New tires came with online-submittable rebate coupon, and a regular customer discount coupon came to inbox before appointment. Friendly reliable service people. I recently purchased tires from Roemer's. I shopped all over town for them, looking for the best deal. I don't know if I got the best deal or not, as nobody at any of the other tire shops really tried to sell me anything or give me any information that I didn't specifically ask for. I was told what tires would fit my car and how much they cost. At Roemers I was given a lot of information about the tires, as well as services and warranties. There was no pressure, just a very informed salesperson presenting a product that he believed in. So I bought the tires. I'm extremely happy with them. And I feel that I got a very good value for my money. The staff are all friendly, professional, and accommodating. I recommend this business.

When leaving after having tires rotated, oil change, or work done, I always feel confident that everything was looked at. They let you know what will need to be done or changed, and it doesn't feel like a sales job! They don't always have the tires I want but everything else is top notch!!

Best place for tires in town. Customer service is outstanding.
Passing thru town and had a slow leak in tire pressure on one tire. Stopped in at Roemers for help. I was given an appointment a couple of hours later, which allowed me to run errands that were needed. At appointment time they were prompt and thorough. The problem was identified (2 nails) and fixed immediately. I've had no further problems since I that repair. Very pleased.

The problem had been an annual nuisance since I've had the car and your technician eliminated it by doing more than just filing the tire with more air and hoping for the best. I'm grateful that he went "the extra mile". Marylor Wilson
Friendly and reasonably priced. Went in for a flat tire and they checked my brakes (as well). Also, the waiting room was clean, didn't smell of oil, and had expiration dates on the vending machine food. Haven't seen that before anywhere. I was amused.
It was not a good experience. The last time they changed my oil they forgot to put the oil cap back on, so I was concerned about going back. This time they charged my AC. After putting the stuff in, they discovered my fan was broken. The service tech called and said they'd ordered the part, but it would take a few days and cost $500, and did I want them to take the refridgerant back out. He said they would charge me for putting it in and taking it out. I said no and asked if my car was ready and he said yes. When I went to get it they had not done the oil change yet, which was frustrating. The next day I took my car to my mechanic and he replaced the fan for $180. The folks at Roemer's are very nice, but I won't be going back.

Love Roemers! Professional, on-the-spot service, they go beyond duty with little extras when I need them. I appreciate not waiting at the counter-someone's job is to greet me and take care of me right away (and she does it damn well, and can talk tires). They are friendly. I am always very happy with my service at Roemer's, and have never felt overcharged or that unnecessary work has been done or even recommended. I have also been somewhat amazed at the breadth of repair services Roemer's can do. For the most part, it is a "one-stop-shop". It is also very convenient for me since I work in Downtown Missoula.
Roemer's always gets me in right away. They do the job right the first time and with a smile.
Good products, knowledgeable and pleasant people who take the time to know all my vehicles. They also keep exceptionally good records, much better than mine, which is greatly appreciated.
Roemer's Tire Factory was great! They did a wheel alignment for our vehicle. It only took them about 1 hour, like they said it would. They were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the ride they gave me to work when I dropped off our car, and then they came and picked me up when I was done with work to bring me back to their shop! Our vehicle drives so much better! The steering wheel doesn't shake anymore and our tires are happy! Thank you Roemer's!

Really great place. I've had trouble with many places in the past trying to rip me off. I discovered it was because I am a young female and alone, they would talk down to me as if I was an incapable human. It got so ridiculous that I had to bring a man with me every time to prevent it. Roemers though is considerate, honest and friendly and they do a great job. I recommend them to everyone

Roemer's always goes above and beyond. The first day my younger son drove to school, he got a flat tire. We were leaving town that afternoon, so they towed it and replace the tire. This year, my older son had to go to a funeral and needed snow tires, when everyone else in town did as well. They worked him into the schedule so he'd be safe. A truly caring crew.
We had a dead battery. They got us in late in the day, even though they were busy. We recommend.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service I recently received at Roemer's, I pulled in their lot after work with a low tire and they recommended I come in for an appointment due to how low the tire was. Got scheduled the next day, they kept me on the road by putting my spare on while they ordered my new tire I needed (to match my other 3), and had it fixed the next day. Being a mom and working full time I really appreciate how quickly they helped me to resolve my tire issue! Super friendly, helpful staff!

oooh, EJ and JEN.... you ROCK!!!! ??????? This Roemers is great, I get my oil, changed, new tires, and free tire rotation and great job with alignments. Most importantly they remember to put the sticker in my window to let me know mileage for next service. They also have a free shuttle that is very convenient. Sometimes, I ask if they will check a tire, or fluids and they will go above and beyond to make sure my family is safe, thank you Roemers crew!

These guys are just terrific--I had a problem with losing my brake lights and took it in to see if they could look at it. A great serviceman made a temporary fix so I could use the car over the weekend and I brought it in for the formal fix on Monday. Great work, great service--thanks, guys.
Roemer's has been a great to me for the past 5 years. I have been a loyal customer since the first time I took my car in to get a flat tire fixed. Originally, I went to a big name company for assistance to fix my flat tire and they told me that I would have to spend $900+ on brand new tires. Thankfully, I sought out a second opinion with Roemers and they were able to patch the tire free of charge. I appreciated their honesty and have been loyal to them ever since. They care about their customers and treat them good! I would definitely recommend this place to all Missoulians!

Roemer's is very efficient and had my vehicle finished right on time. In fact, I mistakenly brought my car to Roemer's to have the tires rotated, when I had purchased the tires at another tire shop! Yet they did the job and there was no charges.

It his is the best business in town. The staff is friendly, helpful and just plain nice every single time. They give appointments for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. and their work is done on time and it is done well. They also give a free oil change after I believe it is 5 changes. In addition, their charges are very competitive, the lowest I have found for a business of this type. I highly recommend Roemer's.

While traveling through the Missoula, Mt area, I thought I had a problem with my vehicle brakes. I called Roemer's and they were able to schedule a brake inspection within a couple of hours. They completed a brake inspection and advised me of the findings. I was able to continue on my trip without having to worry about brake issues. Customer service is top notch. I was given a detailed invoice of what was done and the condition of my brakes. Prior to leaving on this trip, I purchased new tires and had my brakes inspected by the Tire Factory in Redding, Ca where I live. All is well.

I am very pleased with the Service at Roener's Tire Factory. I called them without notice and they accomodated an appointment that day after I got off work. They were courteous, replaced my headlight, checked my battery fluid, and made suggestions about problems with my air filter that I should tend to.

I've been singing your praises on Facebook and in person to anyone who asks about local car service. I also really like Joe Tobol. He lets me know about things that need to be taken care of, but doesn't make me feel awful that I can't afford to do it all at once. He is clear with me on what is a priority and what can wait. Roemer's is one of the most customer service-oriented shops I have ever known. They keep good records, they work hard to know the car and their work and products are solid. I rely completely on their advice and never feel as if I am being "sold" on something.
Customer service in sales/appointment area- STELLAR. Cleanliness of interior car after appointment- not so great. (Techs/drivers just need to watch where they put their hands when they have dirt from tires, grease, etc., on them.) Also, request that those installing tires be careful with any custom valve stem caps that were on the car...and ensure make they make it back on after new tires installed. (Two lost; replaced with plain valve stems.) I had complete confidence in the staff that helped me choose my new tires and that set up my appointment; I am not confident that the techs will treat my car as if it is their own based on dirt rubbed into fabric and leather, as well as the lost valve stems. Probably won't visit for service again for one wants their car to come out of service better with a new product, as well as clean on the interior, and intact with any equipment that was installed on the car. A shame, for the front area staff is great. Tire installation seems good; just not attention to detail with how the car was treated to ensure it was returned in the same condition as when it came in.

Friendly, efficient, caring shop, always easy to make an appointment. Have gone there since 2005 and since 2009 used Roemers for all car maintenance.
I went to five different tire shops to compare prices and tire options. Roemers not only had better prices but had better customer service. No pushy tactics like the other shops I went to, they are interested in getting you the best tire for your needs. Would recommend to anyone.

Roemer's scheduling is very flexible and unlike lots of other shops, they make appointments instead of making customers sit forever and wait. I'm excited to try the online scheduling. I've always had great service here from the sales staff and mechanics alike, I trust them and am happy to support this business.
The courtesy van is ALWAYS appreciated and Jake got me straight to work. Jenny does a great job of communicating what was going on with my car and when it is ready. And Joe did a great job fixing my cruise control. You guys really work as a team to deliver excellent customer service!
I have been going to Roemer's for about 1.5 years and have had a great experience each time. The staff are always friendly, and mechanics knowledgeable. I especially like the identification of potential problems ahead with their honesty of likely timeframes, without the added pressure of a committed future appointment.
This shop has been friendly,curtious and,professional.It is nice to be able to set up an appointment for routine tire rotation and not wait in line like other places.I have switched almost all services for my vehicles to this business.Some work I do my self and have found Romers will honor my request to use certain parts as I am very particular about certain items.I will also mention they carry Nokian tires. these provide the best all around safety for our multi varied climate conditions with the exception of studded snow tires.The safety of all involved really does ride on Tires and,good breaks.Some times even one second counts.Trust me. while visiting our son in Missoula, we had a flat tire on saturday evening. we went to church sunday morning & after the first priority was to get a tire repair. as we drove by Roemer's Tire I noticed someone in the shop. I pulled in to see if the person could direct me to a facillity that could do a repair,as they were closed. the man was obviously trying to get away as he was in biking apparel. he asked to see the tire & proceeded to do the repair. when completed I said I could put it on to which he insisted on mounting it.at the conclusion he introduced himself as the "owner" John Roemer. I can only say that it was beyond the call of duty. It would be my strong encouragement to patronize this locally owned business. it turns out that my family in Missoula has done business with Roemers for many years. A huge Thank-you to you Mr Roemer!
