I have been coming to Newberg Tire Factory for several years now and I am always impressed with their service. They have never disappointed and have always been trustworthy. I know they actually care about my needs whatever they might be.

Recently, I have been purchasing my tires from Newberg Tire Factory. Their knowledge of tires for different vehicles and utility trailers is impressive. It was time for my pick up and Brian took the challenge. He looked at what I drove, asked some important questions and recommended a tire I never considered, Nokian. I am impressed Brian. If I had a dash cam you folks would know why. I almost forgot something very important, It's called Customer Serive. Brian, knowing I needed my tires, drove to theTire Factory whse in Portland, on a Friday early afternoon to get them. Again I was Impressed.Thanks to the whole crew at Newberg Tire Factory.

I was having a unique wheel issue and neither LesSchwab or Americas tire would help me. I reached out to Will at the Tire Factory and without hesitation invited me down to the store and took care of me and my wheels. Great customer service, great attitude, very helpful. Tire factory will be getting all my future tire business from here on. Thank you Will and the Newberg tire factory team.

Newberg Tire Factory has great prices and wonderful service. I've purchased all my tires and services from them for several years for several vehicles. I keep going back because of the customer service and friendly staff. Good job.
