I had a bad vibration in the front end of my Jeep occur on a trip into the west deserts of Utah. I stopped in Brigham City at the Tire Factory and explained my issue. They got right on a re-balance of my front tires and sent me on down the road. The Jeep drives like new again. These guys are great and the cost was perfect. I highly recommend this shop! mtnmad

I am so excited to have found this place. They are VERY customer friendly, genuinely care about their customers safety, and fast. I am not from the area, I am a service member moving from WA to TX, happened to stop here in a hotel and woke up to brakes issues that were taken care of by George and his crew. .. Thanks guys!!! Wish we had this type of service back at home.
